I am currently in my final year of BA Honours Multimedia in Cork Institute of Technology, Ireland. Most of my work to date has been heavily focused on graphic design, I also have a great interest and passion for video editing and advertising. I am currently working as a freelance Graphic Designer and do various design work for a YouTuber Scheiffer Bates.

I am constantly aiming to teach myself new skills to broaden my skillset. I have a strong work ethic that I believe I got from my parents, I won’t give up on a task until I am happy with it. I’ve found that in my line of work that it is easy to doubt yourself and it’s overcoming the doubt is the hard bit but once you are confident in yourself you have a better creative mindset. I’ve worked on projects with teams and I see myself as a team player as a result of it. Working as a group can pose challenges such as no one will take charge of the group however I am confident in doing so and I have no problem with delegating and leading a group.

I put thought and care into every piece of work I complete. There is a process, development and meaning behind everything I do. I feel that to be creative you have to listen to yourself rather than what others tell you, if you let other people dictate what you do it can immediately eliminate freedom of thought which is of major importance when working in the creative industry and this is something that I have been working on and developing over the past few years within college and also outside of it through working for myself.
